I am loving this weather we've had the last few weeks. Sunny warm days and cool nights. It's coming to an end soon so I took off early from work today to enjoy a little light work outdoors......

I’m thinking about leaving work early the next couple of days and taking off Friday because I got stuff to do in the sun

I think about leaving early most days. I don't do it, but I think about it.

Turn your thoughts into action! I’m doing it. Gotta get that pto balance below 140 before the end of the year.

I've got it piled up! Its so bad that they had to give me an extension on the last 40 hrs (in the middle of a major project) but as soon as that project is done, and all the emergency stuff is handled, I'm gonna take care of me n mine!

PTO.....can't seem to get ahead of mine. Hanging at 400 and I just took off a week and a half.

What does PTO have to do with this? The only time I need PTO is when I'm on the tractor.

Sadly I am stuck with working 5:30 pm to 7:30am until October 27th. So needless to say I won't be getting much ofanything done this month, besides sending uncle Sam extra money from my OT.

I just submitted my pto request for leaving early today tomorrow and off Friday. :saw::tractor::stacker::woodsign:
Ground is dry, sun is lower, gas cans are full
They take away anything over 140hrs after 12/31. I won’t be giving back any time.

Have fun, y'all. Beautiful weather down here. I picked up 3 extra days this week, 72 hrs looks way better than 36. I put the axe on the federal taxes...

Nice stack of rounds there.

Looks like you spent your down time on quality time with the chain saw.

Bunyan starts Friday. Morning rain they are saying. Looks to be leaving at about the time I normally arrive at the fairgrounds. This particular Friday has become traditional for me.

My company just last year retitled it to PTO (paid time off), used to call it ETB (earned time bonus). I max at 480.

So that makes it sound like you can cash some of it out? We can't...wish we could though!

No cashing out you have to take the time off. I hover around 400 most of the time. The only thing you can do besides use it, they do allow donating some hours to someone possibly that is in a medical situation or such.

We should be allowed to accrue as much as possible, retire early and sell some back so you have some walking around money in retirement.
