    Hey. This will be my 3rd year heating with only wood. Former hearth.com member I got banned cause my political views were different than the mods over there hoping firewood hoarders club can be my new wood stove home. Got a vogelzang3200p that I've modified to be a smoke dragon. because from the factory it was way unsafe with all the unmetered air. Any way love splitting and heating with wood

    Welcome and nice setup. FYI we try not to discuss politics on here entirely, as there is no shortage of other platforms to do that on. Not to say certain conversations don’t straddle the line, but if you stick to firewood, the ways and means of getting more, and some hobbies/interests you find appealing, you’ll do just fine. :handshake:

    You’re not wrong tho. Avon Ct seems to be ground zero for Subaru Foresters. All driving 25 in a 40 zone. Usually in Ct we all drive like NASCAR. Get over Avon mountain and the only remnant of NASCAR is me screaming “put em in the wall”. :)

    My house was built in 1920 I'm figuring these are original found on our property. They were made in a town bout 20milr from here. I'm experimenting with thermal mass
