Doing ribs today! Using up the last of my stephen raichlen project smoke seasonings from christmas… Got out my top handle cut up all the skinny pieces from the wood splitter into little chunks Still got a couple more hours togo
Spent the weekend camping in the mountains of PA. I went into town to check out a local butcher and came back with these fine looking cuts . Delmonico and a porterhouse. Sorry no after pics, the little pineys were getting hangry .
Last weekend, I worked on a different shift than normal, treated a few of the guys to some good eating. No charcoal or starter fluid, used some oak and hickory wood... Got it rolling... Grilled some Conecuh sausage on the right, Rolls PA apple sausage in the middle, Vidalia onion on the left... My hunny made a blueberry cheesecake for dessert... My coworker that weekend gave it a thumbs up

First charred some eggplant for baba ganoush. Then some pork skewers for souvlaki…sorry no finished pics. Late dinner, mom + kids were hungry.
