    That looks awful. I can just imagine what my son is thinking. He just finished a job in Milwaukee and heading this way today but is planning to stay overnight in the UP then here tomorrow. He'll head home Monday and after being in the cooler air here he is going to not like going back home with this heat.

    I was on the fence with yesterday morning. I rode the motorcycle to work with summer/mesh gear, that you can pretty much see through at places. Couple spots the temp dipped to 53. With a 60 sometimes 70mph wind chill, faster meant colder. I just had a t-shirt underneath. Took me several hours to feel warm. But I did savor it thinking about the 90’s coming up.

    Currently 53 here and beautiful out. Prepping to skim coat my concrete carport.

    Rode to work last night, 70's and sunny.
    Ride home at 0400 was 55° and dark....47° at home.. jeans and raingear pants, sweatshirt and leathers, and thin gloves.. wasnt too bad.
    I saw sustained winds of 75 mph, gusts up to 105 mph.
    About an hour's ride home.

    No first fire here yet. Cleaned the chimney yesterday.....I anticipate we'll have 50° nights followed by 50° and cloudy pretty shortly.
