Wow...........3 hours from walking into the surgical department @ the hospital, I am now sitting back home in my lazy boy sporting a new lens in my left eye. Amazing as I have no pain and the only discomfort I have is that I am looking thru a frosted window with my left eye. Other than that, all seems well right now. WOOHOO.....................:bug::thumbs::D

    Awesome news.
Pretty soon, the only frost you'll see will be through the windows.:D

Good news @rottiman Lens replacements have come a long way.

Well, no chocolate for my cold but Campinspecter went down and picked 2.8 lbs. of blackberries so we have blackberry crisp for dessert.

Oh yes, that can be very $$$. One of my sons is friendly with a person who owns stables just a few homes away on the same road they live on. My granddaughters are getting a special deal on their riding lessons. Where he lives, the neighbors do a lot of bartering for work and goods.

Well I figured out why my 460 was so loud. Apparently the bolts holding the muffler to the cylinder rattled out. I found a random bolt in the truck a while back, guess it was from that. Of course I lost that one.

Had to pull it off yesterday to repair a broken saw dawg mount. I wish I could easily load pics on here, I'm pretty proud of my repair.

I'm not happy with that Stihl synthetic oil at 50:1. Had a good 1/8" of carbon built up around the exhaust port and in the muffler.

I'm sorry for you to have to experience that so early. Two years ago, we had a storm with several inches of snow before Halloween. That was a first from what I can recall.

Well, Calgary, Alberta is digging out after 3 days of snow. Hope it doesn't last too long at this time of year.

Heck no! Hoping we (he) can get the pellet stove installed this weekend :) Heat is the last hang up preventing me from moving back into the house. I have medical needs for high heat unfortunately. The new stove installed and operational in the answer :)
