I haven't been a big rubber, briner really too interested in much beyond SPG. A friend who was "up" for a couple of weeks for vacation (and is in Skeeters league of smokers and smoking) found a good grilling spice selection at a local Aubuchan Hardware. I grabbed these yesterday. Thinking about veggies for the left one and pushing leftover PP over to the taco-fajita side. He left me a big sack of brisket burnt ends, 2 packages of jalapeno cheese deer dogs, and pulled pork. This had thawed out and didn't want to haul it back home for the 2 day trip. It needed a be eaten so I volunteered. He has a "chamber" vaccuum sealer and my gosh those burnt ends were packed under compression!
Couple of butts I did on my UDS last Sunday. Took them in to work and fed a few of the guys for a couple days.
