Just ordered a new husky 395xp. Should come set up for sea level. Where should I find info to set it up for 4000 ft.?

The 395XP on a log in the fog .

Roughly 4000 feet above sea level with the fog gone.

The saw ran fine with no extra adjustment to the carb !

If you already know how to tune a manually adjusted saw carburetor you will adjust it that way. If the 395 is auto tune it will do this in its own or there is a reset process.

Hence the two options I listed for tuning as I have no experience with a 395.

You’ll love it. I look for any reason to fire mine up. I have a good size Apple log that I’m going to slab out with it. Enjoy!

You are right. It's a 390. My mistake. The last time it was used was 2020!!!
Only use it on bigger wood!

Correction, I'm at 5000 ft. Ran a half tank of husky mix through it yesterday right out of the box. Man, what a wood eating beast!
