Al. this is terrible news but I and others will be praying for you and your health. I know you've been having a rough time for too long. Thankfully you have oxygen to keep you going. Please keep in touch.
Dennis, thank you for the prayers. This is one of those things that comes out of left field. I really noticed I had a problem when I went to carry in a load of wood and after I got in the door had to hang onto the stair rail to catch my breath. I’ll try to stay in touch as best I can. Hope all is well with you.
Haha, I know I can burn oil and still come here. It has lifted my sprits coming back and getting such a reception. You guys are great.
One of my buddies just stopped by the house for a piece of fuel line to fix his trimmer and he drove this 66 over to my place. The paint isn't perfect on it but it is a really sweet ride.
Although I understand the sentiment, the power company is in a tough place. dammed if they do, dammed if they don't. People would be hollering if there was a multi-day power outage because they didn't clean that stuff up.
Day off from the day job today. Working the side hustle today and spent a couple hours breaking down slabs into some usable lumber for a job. Ended up with six 5/4"x 9"x78" boards. Had to quit because you can only get so much sweat in your eyes. These will either be a truck bed for a 48 ford truck or some shutters. Still waiting on the customer with the truck to call me back.
I hired a guy to do yard work, the uncle of one of kiddo's friends. Wow he kicked butt! Kids did a lot of playing but he had them on tasks too. I do not recognize the yard, and it looks bigger.
OK, looking at that on the phone.... "Hey that's a sharp truck" Look at that on the computer with a large hi-def screen.... "daaaaaaaaMn, that's badazz..."
