Went for my FIRST bicycle ride since I injured myself .The therapist said “ok” just take it easy! So I rode about a mile, was a new experience stopping, figuring out the best curb to balance myself on! THANK YOU AGAIN GOD! Giving GOD every bit of the credit!! There’s no way I could have done it without him! I hit a wall of depression yesterday, didn’t know what day it was. Depression is a terrible thing, it can destroy you! It can sneak up on you like a bad cold, thankfully I survived it! Thanks AGAIN FOR ALL THE PRAYERS, IT probably saved my life! I was misplacing things, not trusting anyone and had some very dark thoughts, don’t let it sneak up on you, talk with someone you trust! PRAY FOR GOD TO HEAL YOU!!! Seek some good help! Don’t let “things” build up inside yourself! Talk it out with a good friend, or a health professional, really GIVE IT TO GOD!! I cannot stress this enough, thank you ALL again for the PRAYERS!!

He sure is, he’s really been good to me,opened my eyes, and got my attention. Helped me to realize just how much I took for granted!

Was totally overwhelmed and in a dark place years ago. I had a big ceder tree down in the yard and I purchased a manual bow saw and began to limb it.
As slow as it was to do I was able to think while I worked and got a sense of accomplishment which slowly helped me work my way out. Simple times are a blessing when the world feels like it is crashing down on a person.

    Truth.

    Let go and let God.

I still use meds to regulate mood, but I haven't had a violent episode in many, many years now.

I thank God every day for the things he has given me, and pray to be worthy and thankful.

A simple prayer to be sure, and sometimes when things are bad, it feels forced. But afterwards, I usually feel my burdens lightened.

Keep with it B.Brown. May each day be more blessed than the previous.
    :)

Well I did go to the chiropractor this morning, gave him a list of things I was experiencing, he treated me,I came home, just woke up from a almost 2.5 hr nap, feeing a lot better now after my adjustment! Still going to watch myself, and just take it easy.

Updated post on how I’m doing with my back. Went to the chiropractor yesterday, I wrote down some notes on a loose leaf binder.“ # “1 do not use the “clicker” #2 I put down I feel like I’m almost ready for a final adjustment then, I mentioned he is acting in my opinion, like a extension of GODS hands. Last thing I told him, the chiropractor was I trust him. He adjusted me in about 3 places. I came home took a 2.5 hr nap, and I’ve never felt as relaxed as I was after the visit to the chiropractor. NO DOUBT IN MY MIND, I WAS BLESSED BY GOD! Tonight I still feel good, trimmed up some shrubs cleaned up the mess, took it easy, GOD IS GOOD!!
