Fitness transcends political ideology. Framing fitness as a construct of extremism on one side in order to elevate the level of acceptance of the unfit on the other side is lunacy.
I also don’t necessarily disagree with some/most of the stuff in this thread, but maybe it should be re-titled “Shaking clenched fist in no particular direction”. I visit it when I want to get my heart rate up
My wife and I have been noting that almost everything is backwards and upside down in the world these days. In my younger years I never could have imagined the state of things as they are now. Senator Leahy brought a lot of pork home to VT and kept getting reelected. Nice stuff-yes. Did we need it-no. Should it have been added to the national debt-definitely no. I never voted for him.
People in power act like they have no clue about what causes inflation. Modern Monetary Theory is a part of the greatest wealth transfer in history. I just heard on the radio that a 150 acre nature center in a suburb of the twin cities is getting 12 million dollars from the state, and 3 million from the Feds for renovations. We are so far into a debt based system that we have to spend/inflate at an ever greater rate, despite what our fiscal and monetary overlords say about it...
