Little update on that thermpro probe i ordered. Apparently theres a code on their website to use at Amazon checkout for even more discount $47.99 before tax for the single and $104.99 for the dual probe. Dirty old weber poortex thighs for dinner. These turned out to be some of the best thighs I've ever cooked. Not sure why but dang were they good! I hit em with kosmos dirty bird and sauced half of them with blues hog original in the last 15mins. Grill was running about 550⁰ for 45mins. Took em to 190⁰.
