A good percentage of snowmobile and ATV accidents here involve Massachusetts residents. I won’t go any deeper than that on what most people here think.

Chaz, I picture you guardian angel sitting in a corner with tears in her eyes, smoking like a chimney with an empty bottle of 714's and an empty half gallon of Jack next to her!! Lol

Awesome what you did for your neighbors!

Love you Brotha, take care of Jill and hope to see both of you soon!

Alrighty then. There's fireworks tonight ! I dunno when they started because I fell asleep around 7 but pretty intense at 9:30.
    Fairly quiet now at 10PM.
Fairly intense line of TStorm went thru 4:30 to 5:30 with almost an inch of rain. Hoping not too many BBQ got spoiled.

Had plenty in my neighborhood since Saturday. There were enough breaks in the rain after dark, or just before, that they didn't miss an evening. But then you get the complainers that call the cops (fireworks are legal here). I get that some people have issues, and so do some pets, but it is once a year and they don't have wild parties (or if they do, they don't spill outside or cause trouble).

I had mono back in the late 70's. IThat DID suck. I was an athlete and it took so much out of me that I couldn't even compete well in track for months afterwards.

Same here. The vast majority of ATV/snowmobile accidents and hiking-related fatalities and rescues are all from out of staters.

Mass, CT, RI have no trails and they go to where trails are with little experience. I don’t have a sled anymore but used to put tons of miles on. Side by side we put 1500 miles a year on easily May through September/October depending on the weather. We meet them a lot, usually on the wrong side of the trail and out of control. Definitely do not know the trails and where you can give it some power and where you need to watch out. Rail bed let go from all the rain last week. Guess a guy was going across where it let go and watched it slide 70 feet down the hill behind him. Needed a wipe after.

Same here Bill, very quite for holiday weekend. The house that has dozens of campers up every year had a show, we did one with the kids, and that was it besides a handful of campers. Eric Wanderweg

Quiet in my neighborhood yesterday evening until about 8:45 when the sky got lit up from several locations. It was only about 15 minutes of mayhem before things settled down again.
