Just got back from the doctor, I’m doing all the right stuff with the back! The very best thing that happened was the PRAYERS, ASKED FOR ME. I’m very serious about the PRAYERS! I appreciate everyone who read my post and Prayed for me! Thank you one and all. Now I guess I’ll have to act like I was born in 1947. Try and do the right things, stretch, like I suggested and try not to work like a guy trying to kill snakes! Again, thank you all for the PRAYERS! That’s what got me to where I am today and, I’m able to stand on my own put foot pressure down and balance myself, , slowly and carefully with my full weight on my left leg, whiled doing a small amount of real weight on my thigh. But, very slowly and watching I don’t mess it up again.
Keep up the good work. Slow and steady will pay off in the long run. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Went to therapy today, took another list with questions I was going to ask the therapist #1 will I be able to climb a ladder, #2 is my knee going to wobble at times#3will I be able to walk normally question #1 yes #2 after the muscles get built up again probably, #3 after time, my “ gait” will return to very normal. So in the long run ,I will be able to get things very much back to where I was before this happened. I can’t tell you all how much better knowing that, makes me feel so much better. I have a list of exercises to do, both at the gym as well as at home, 7 more therapy sessions in the future for me, thank you all for the PRAYERS, I really appreciate them, I know GOD IS IN CONTROL! I use a cane on occasion but, as safety measure. I’m getting more confidence in my ability to use my left leg more, but being careful to “plant” my foot before I take a step, plus using my left foot more and more to step up by putting my weight on my left foot more and more. It’s getting better slowly, but like a buddy told me, “slow and steady”,I’ll get there, carefully. Thanks again!
