this stacked a little bit better than the last batch. This load cost me big time ended up going to the local clinic, messed up my back, but, I got WOOD! lol and most of this wood measured 18” on the money! 2 more logs up on the guys place,it’ll be all wood as well.
Looking good ! Lots of flat pieces make for a nice solid stack of wood. I have a ton of logs piling up from the storm and looking forward to splitting and stacking it as soon as I get it all cleaned up on the property. well done on the stack , how much is that ? Looks like what we here call a rick, 4’x8’ , I cut 22”-24” but most here are more like 16-18. I think most call that a face cord ?
Great stack sir! Too bad about the back. Seems any type of back pain is a given when making firewood. Feel better fast!

Thanks buzz, this time it’s more than just “tight”, I’ve hurt my back before, but this time it feels a little different, taking it easy today, was awake most of last night.
