Got a little side job this morning. Decent little Ash but man the vines were thick. Came down perfect surprisingly. Took a small hackberry and mulberry out that were in the way too. Wood yard finally starting to fill up again! Lots of splitting to do !

I have a rack next to the barn that holds probably 4 cord , ten IBC totes to fill and a lean to that is near empty. I kind of have wood all over the place and my goal is to consolidate it a little before winter comes. Will probably move it all close to the lean to , it is closer to the house and closer to where I split.

Dang, heck of a mess that was. I'd have passed unless it was family or a good friend.

Yeah it was a bit of a mess cleaning up. Was able to leave the brush until fall as it isn’t in anyones way. Will finish it up when the mercury drops this fall or winter.

Nice! Even nicer getting paid plus the free wood. Looks like some good stuff there.

We get Bittersweet vines here. And Poison Ivy.
If it means free wood, I'll deal with vines generally.
Ash is good stuff, I have yet to burn it for a year, but blended with other woods should be good.
'Course winters have been kinda milquetoast around here of late.
