We have them here because we have a McDonald's and a Burger King in close proximity to each other. And we have a car wash in between

46 hrs. to "BLAST OFF" for a week of fishing in Northern Ontario. Now I know what it feels like for a "Poisoner" waiting for the cell door to swing open

 

We would go up by grassy Narrows. So I know the feeling entirely.

 

Today I watered flowers at a cemetery and then took a small shrub stump & roots out with a cutter mattock for a lady in my old hometown. It had seen its best day even before the company that plows their driveway in the winter made sure that it wouldn't survive another summer.

Once I made it back closer to home I watered a few more plants at a different cemetery, the 10 Norway Spruce we planted earlier this spring and some flowers around the house.

The tires are on the persons gas grill so since our neighbor didn't want anything for them, I'll surprise him with some homemade spaghetti sauce once the temps get back in the 70's, I'll also help him get his wood inside before fall hits.

yooperdave , if the weight loss per day stays the same, next week I'll hit 198 from my starting weight of 227.2. The wife would like London Broil from the grill with veggies and some smashed potatoes for a meal once I'm done.

Mine isn't doing so well.......

Been working every day on the splitting and stacking but......... Best to date is 219.5.

 

I had problems breaking through 214 so I started the treadmill twice a day which did the trick. I'm still doing two 12 minute sessions on the treadmill, morning and after supper.

It will be nice when this is over but I still would like to maintain a certain weight, we'll see what I end up settling on.

 

And likely wish you could use the car wash brushes as a tooth brush to get the after taste out of your mouth too

 

It's a great feeling. I went from 343 to 225. It got to the point that I needed to get a new wardrobe. Amazing how great you feel for several reasons.

 

UPDATE ....... 19 hours to lift-off. I am just like a kid waiting for Christmas morning. We are locked, loaded and ready for "Blast off"

Good for you, I've been better on not snacking at night (except last night) so that has really helped. Having a ton of wraps with lettuce since I started gets old but it has really helped out big time.

I really had to change how I was eating, June 9th 2023 this weight loss kick will be over.....whatever weight I'm at.

I'm still stuck on 208.8 so I decided the treadmill will get 3 sessions a day, 15 minutes per until I'm around 200.

I talked with a person a few weeks back that decided since they were retired and NYS made pot legal, they would smoke some at home......they forgot how much it made a person eat so they were walking in the hopes they could drop the "weed weight".

With all the chit they're finding in pot in our county, I wouldn't even trust the stuff coming from a licensed business.
