Well, the transition period from those dammed little black gnats being replaced by mosquitos has begun!

Although the black flies still outnumber the skeeters by far, it won't be long until the skeeters take over completely.

    Sigh

The skeeters were bad today when I took the dog for a walk, rain coming in tomorrow should help!

yooperdave , 211.4 this morning so that's a loss of 16 pounds since I started. I started sticking in 20 or 30 minutes per day on the treadmill.

Wow, its been many many moons since I've seen numbers that low!
BMI chart says that at 6'4" I should be a max weight of 195, or something like that...last time I was that weight I looked like a bean pole...doc agreed that is not realistic for my build and said he'd like to see me somewheres around 225-230...got a ways to go.

That first nice supper is just around the corner, it should taste great. Tomo
The doc told me 195 too, I'm only 6'1" but when I lost weight a few years ago and I hit 200, I didn't feel good. We'll see how I feel when I hit 205, if I feel fine I'll drop that five... if I still feel good, I might go for 195, we'll see.

I'm sticking in some steaks or chicken on the grill each week, I didn't do that before. I've dropped having any bread except for an english muffin every so often in the morning, the rest is a wrap with lettuce, onion, roasted red peppers with some turkey.

The more I type, the more I miss a nice meal.

500 mile day today. Washed windshield 4 times. Front bumper is a rough black looking thing. Glad it’s not dark cause the headlights may be as bright as some people I can think of (not too).

I have a feeling they changed it, I fit in a good slot when it was new, but 20 years later at the same weight and height is said a lower slot. Same with womens and kids clothes, I could swear the same sizes 2o+ years ago were smaller than the same "size" sold today.
