The ash held on great, the burn was great, the flavors were mild at best, the draw as very open & the burn time was decent. I am thinking ( hoping ) more rest will only help things along in the flavor department.

I had a Diesel Witches brew or something like that… for the length, it had probably like 45minute to 1 hour burn time…. No resistance on the draw…

I will definitely be acquiring some more of these Bolivar Confradias, I thought it was a pretty good cigar.

I tried a new Montecristo, by AJ Fernandez. It was good. Good flavor, good burn, good draw. Box pressed cigars really are consistent, regardless of brand, of the several I've had.

If they'd make that cigar in a smaller size, I'd buy it again, but it's just too much smoke for me at once. I'm more a robusto, lonsdale size guy. Good smoke though.

Those are good cigars. I have a 450 Flathead with a green/chartreuse band.

I got a couple 5 packs of different types of Bolivar Corfadias in today. I am looking forward to trying them.

My oder of the one I posted earlier should be in tomorrow.

I just looked them up and had no idea theres a few sizes and they're all named after motors or part. 770 Big Block, 660 Carb, 554 Camshaft, and the 450 Spark Plug. That makes me chuckle. I've only ever seen the 660's.

It looks like it's the same cigar, just a different name for each size. Can you confirm that, since you've had both?

I had had both but it’s been awhile since I had the 450.

I believe they are but I can’t confirm.

I believe Chvymn99 has sampled them also.

Same lineup just different sizes… but with that different sizes are going to smoke a little different…. But I really like the large cigars on a evening with time to sit back and enjoy…

JimBear Chvymn99 Thanks fellas. Sorry, I didn't even look at CAO's site, but I see they have a Piston, or lonsdale size as well. I'll have to try those, or the Sparkplug, because it was a good cigar.

    Have a good Friday Gentlemen!

Had one of these Hooftys today while I mowed.

it was leathery/earthy with a good amount of pepper and spice and some nice floral incense on the retrohale. I will say it’s a little stronger than I usually smoke. Probably should have had lunch first, but I enjoyed it so much I smoked it right down to the nub. Very fine smoke. I’m glad I bought the 10 pack. IMG_2925.jpeg
