A farmer i know had his woods logged and the mill refused a bunch of ash and suger maple. All logs are cut to 8’ and change. I bought a crane and bolted it in the bed of my firewood truck. It finally dried up enough after work today i got 3 loads home. I have to drive thru a creek to get to the wood so no trailer.

That's a nice score! Can I get a better picture of the crane? I'm a fan of pickup bed cranes, and that one looks a lot more slick than mine.

I have the same log tongs, but mine still have the chain hook at the top.

I like that it has a ram and a winch. Mine just has a ram and I'd have to take another bite a lot, so I can lift the log higher.

Might have to look into that.

    Nice load as well!
