2 channels might get 3 if the weather was just right. I’ve climbed on the roof to adjust the antenna more than once. Had a tv we had to go smack the side of occasionally and that fixed the lines in it. Never fails upyoud just sit down and it would go haywire again.

My dad was a milkman until I was about 4 or 5. The oiled roads sure did make a good road. They hardened up almost as good as pavement and didn’t mud up or pothole up!

Our milkman used to come in the house and put the milk in the fridge and look around for empties.
And the pediatrician pulled up front in his big black Cadillac.
Door to door salesmen and the Avon lady. And, oof, Tupperware parties.

Green Stamps. Given out with gas and grocery purchases if I remember correctly. Saved in a book and turned in for items from a catalog at a redemption center.

We had 4 :p , then a 5th (UHF?) came along later too. Too bad I couldn't pull the push/pull power toggle by myself.

The first phone I remember didn't have a dial or buttons. Didn't have to remember numbers just the persons name and Minne would place the call for you. :BrianK:
