I’m curious to hear people’s opinions. I watched a few YouTube videos and they seem ok, fairly efficient.

I’d go to northern tools unit or my local farm supply unit before harbor freight.

Why? They're made in the same place anyway now. Might as well save some of the markup.

The real truth comes 5 or 6 years or 25,000 splits later. I have in my life made exactly one purchase at the horror frought. A minature tire changer. Have not used it yet, two years later but after my last battle with a small tire change I decided there would be one around if needed.

A lot has to do with my farm supply stores are closer (5-7 miles) than any harbor freight. The warranties/ service contracts just as good.

I don’t have to trek 40-50 miles to get back to a harbor freight.

Some of the stuff at HF is pretty good, and some is junk. The hand tools have been ok, or even great. Much better than buying a snap-on or similar and they're made in the same plant half the time.
