Wanted to css some locust today but...

    This was "free" all I had to do was load it. He said a ton. As soon as I saw it in person I told him that's closer to two tons. The way the trailer handled I'd say closer to three tons.
    One out of shape 55 yr loading it by himself I'd say 80 tons. 20230301_183256.jpg
    But anyway once I spread it out I'll have a dry place to park the trailer.

    That log might be that heavy now its half rotted so it's full of water.

    I have shovelled some pickup loads of gravel. Shovelled in , shovelled out. Not far up my list of pleasant things to do. Oh well, Needs Must...as the Brits say.

    Ha! I was looking at those sticks thinking, man you must be desperate to gather up 2-3 tons of those! Didn't even see the gravel!
    I bought about ~11 tons of gravel for a drainage project last fall...had to shovel it off the truck into the Bobcat bucket, then out of the bucket into the ditch...man was I ever missing my old dump trailer!

    Css'ing the locust. Slow go, still sore from shoveling the stone. Can't spread the stone till I get the locust and debris out of the way.
