We bought a Wolfe Ridge 28HO splitter from an individual in Sept '22, with 9.5 hrs on it. It has been a game changer, for sure. It only had the engine manual with it. I emailed Wolfe Ridge, they sent me the link to download and print a copy. Later, we asked about the available extension table, again prompt response and soon it was on the way to us. We have put over 150 hrs on it by now Well, last night, I noticed the pusher plate was wet, did a little looking and the cylinder has started a tiny leak... I sent Chris the pictures this morning. Within 10 minutes, he replied they had the seal kit for it, they were sending it to us and if we wanted a hydraulic repair shop to fix it, they would cover the cost too. Some companies would consider us buying a used machine. So a big SHOUT OUT to Chris Wolfe and Wolfe Ridge...Top notch company and service in my book.
