A few pictures thru the years. Hickory staged for the splitter. 46" white oak log. One of the biggest we have cut Some nice oak rounds a few years ago A trailer load of big oak. Each round avg 975#'s, bucked 20" long Other side Stump cut from that tree
That's some nice ones...... Backwoods Savage will be proud of the way you use that splitter... Great job and hoard
It's what's comfortable to me. I'm 6'2" and moving it around here and there it's to troublesome to crib up.
Love my ole '78 but the 2010 lariat sure is comfortable. Lol. Wife got the 2020 ( not pictured) new truck
Beautiful rounds. That's big enough if you're moving/splitting by hand. Good job. And welcome to the club.
If it helps, I don't score a lot of Hickory either. This one came from my property. Had a snapped off top from storm damage.
This is the biggest tree I think I have personally dropped so far. 41.5" post oak Made a nice load of thick cookies A nice pile o'rounds for Blue Samson
