Been around 80f the last few days.

Pollen down there in the lake. Blown up in the corner by the beach. Took this today on my way home. IMG_20230224_163425914.jpg

4/67 Just raked up a bed of elm coals, and added another load.

I don’t get much elm and am noticing it leaves a lot of nice coals. I am cleaning out the ash more frequently with elm.

Last night’s black locust and sugar maple are now this morning’s coals. It’s 17 at the house and I’m reloaded for the morning with some Bradford pear, elm and more sugar maple.
