    Had dinner at the in-laws. No charcoal grill but still…lamb chops

    I'll usually buy choice, but the marbling on these prime cuts was looking very nice to me. My dad is always a prime cut guy and insists on it but I really am convinced with proper grilling/searing a choice cut is just as good.

    I’m gonna put my money on that being a self build. With the saw in the picture, I don’t see a kit requiring metal cutting as part of the process.

    I was gonna say. Coming from a guy (me) with a welding machine collecting dust but lots of grill plans!

    Hopefully the wheel didn’t come off of a safety valve of some sort that is now no longer operable.

    Nah. Just need some scrap metal to do my practice welds. I don’t want to mess up my project. Have 4’ by 2’ angle iron already cut at 45 degrees and expanded sheet.
