Hi everybody, new here to FHC. Been creeping around the forum for a while as a non member and figured it was time to make it official. I'm in SE Wisconsin, where the beer and cheese rule, the old fashioned flows freely (bourbon, press, with olives) and the firewood burns brightly as long as it's properly seasoned!

I am just finishing up my first stab at a wood shack and reorganizing my stacks for the coming year, I'll post pics soon!

Not quite sure, but it's not a lot. Probably somewhere between 1 and 3 cords. Not for heat, I just have a large standard fireplace. It puts out nice heat for the room that it is in, but not much else. Great ambiance though, and the firebox is huge so you can really get it going. I have an older Greenbriar stove in a small cabin, Northern WI, but unfortunately I only get up there about once a month in the winter so not a ton of burning up there either. I sell a few cords a year to support the firewood addiction too.
