    Nice walnut log, 24" dia. But only 6' long.
    Was found out in the middle of a field.
    Showed no signs of any foreign objects.

    Sawed up some more of the small logs I've acquired. Worked on some 1.5 x 3.5 x8 and some 1 x 6x 10-12. 50+ degrees, no wind and hit no nails.

    Milled a few more of the small logs. Turned out some nice 1x4 and 1x6 boards. Going to use them for purlins on our roof. Not bad for a afternoon.

    6/4 x 6' late uncle cut this tree down about a year and a half ago.
    Not much,but brought back some good memories.

    Good memory that will last for decades.

    I milled some ERC that was saved from stepdaughters place. Made some lattice and used the boards for some work on their porch.

    ERC is my favorite to mill. I probably sniff every board that comes off the mill.:emb:

    Blade was tore up pretty good. Luckily it was a well used blade.
