    I have a harbor freight grinder that I don't use anymore. Tried the granberg file-n-joint, and I now turn out sharp consistent chains. It's not fast, but it's accurate. I found neither a file nor a joint in the package when I bought it, just a pressed metal jig, but it got me where I wanted to go, for 30 or 40 bucks.
