Dry storage, for wood & stuff Is " not over-rated " You'll be wondering why it took you so long to get it

One when, another forester told me..."are those your legs or are yko riding a chicken". And also where Square file, i think messes with randy about his legs in the videos. One one of the posts about randys saws.

I had it all the way to the corner brace. Was filling in the middle then it fell out the side. Idid not tear it down far enough so it was a bit weak. Upon reconstruction it fell again about the 4.5ft mark. So iI just left the right side high and redid it. If I thought I would have gone perpendicular to the opening like the last stack I did on the left and right and cross stacked the ends and uses the back wall. Then filled in the middle the opposite direction...like I'm setting up to do now. Had I done it that way I would only need 2 cross stacks for 4 pallets!!
My son passing in his shed. Hope to get more done this weekend. Once I stack out the rest of those 4 pallets level with the back stack I should have about 2 cords I calculated.
Slower going than I wish. Highs in mid 90s plus stopping for other stuff. Lack the last row to be filled. Splitting that this mourn and stacking. Have about another 1/3 cord thats older that I will stack desperate here on site.
Here is everything I have onsite , minus a pretty good pile of ugliest and shorts that I got from a local church that removed 2 trees and gave away wood. It was all random hacked up. The best but still rough stuff is the dark stuff on top of the single stack. The ugliest and shorts will go into the shes to burn this fall as they are dry enough...that tree was doady and it has been stacked on the ground for 18 months and beetles and rot has taken its toll on that oak.
That's a great setup Clem, and a great price too, no time spent building your own. Are you going to leave room in there for your ATV and splitter?
There is a carport off the house on the left . The at goes up front there, in front of the bay that I work on stuff in and that has my toolbox. Not the temporary boat shelter but its an old flat steel cover. The boat is there cause its beside my work bay and I had to pull the flywheel and put a new rectifier in the motor and I wanted to be near my tool n air. I need to put it back under its shed on other side. And the splitter isnt mine its borrowed from my cutting buddy.
Here is my boat shed and side area for my old chevy. Yes I have 2 boats. They get backed into each side.
The big one was there when I bought the house. Its like 16x36 with a half of one of those smaller car ports off the side.
Here is the first pic I could find of the back of the house. Doesnt show out perfect but you can see the old flat carport on the back right next to the temporary cover the boat is under. The side of the carport you see is my side where I work on stuff. Its packed with junk where I cant get anything under there right now.
