Hey now,,,don't be pickin' on the DAWGS... Hope we can meet the Wolverines in the championship game...
I didn't know what he was burning in... He paid for premium wood... He's going to cook with the oak and hickory too.
I don’t… . They are minus the star runner. While the next up isn’t a slouch, he’s not the same. I’d say good luck but don’t think you need it. Hope they hang a hundo on the next game.
Delivered a load of oak, hickory and cherry to a repeat smoker customer. He has a big smoker in his backyard, likes cooking for family and friends.
Some if the cherry was seasoned, the rest of the cherry was green. The hickory is over a year old, oak a few months, he only uses a few pieces at a time, so it has time to finish drying
Took Blue Samson over to a friend's place Saturday morning. We helped him clean up a big tree that fell back in the summer. I spent most of the time on the saw and tractor, Mike and his son learned the splitter fast. I only helped them with some big rounds. Wasn't the best wood when we cut it, he's using a burn barrel for coals to cook with. Doing a barter, they are going to pressure washer the house this week.
Delivered a load to a new customer Tuesday morning, who just happened to be our plant manager. It was a mix of oak, silver maple, hickory and ash. He was impressed with the amount and quality, he gave us a $40 tipand and he helped unload and stack it.
We brought the tractor home from a day of work at the Plantation job. Decided to bring a couple short logs as well...
Had a busy day on the woodyard. A little misty and cold. A guy came over and got a trailer load of big chunks and scraps for their firepit, then a coworker came on his lunch break and got his big tote of 15" splits. We were also working on getting a couple loads of 16" splits done from the oldest logs we have left, they were cut in March. Blue Samson made quick work of these size rounds. 1st load We carried this load to a friend up the road. Need to carry him some more later to finish his load I well Thursday night...
