Stacks look great! This is custom firewood at its finest:thumbs: Hope you’re getting a premium for this stuff. Stacking by variety and splitting such uniform pieces! Can’t remember if you do bundle wood or not? Nice work and nice for being so generous!

Thanks, brother. No, we don't do bundles. Haven't really tried, I know there's more $$ in it, but barely having time to keep up now...lol...
They live only a few miles from us, maybe 3. It was easy to back up to the porch to unload. We resplit some of the hickory and cherry. He doesn't know his woods yet, just got the smoker recently.
    He owns a propane company...:smoke:...
He gives our church free gas.
Charged him regular price and they gave us a tip...

Sunday afternoon, another new customer picked up a load, he lives about 45-50 miles from us, but hunts in a club in our area. He got 1/2 load of oak, finished up with hickory and a little cherry. He wants to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving. 1120221520.jpg
Late that evening, got the pile of splits loaded on the trailer, made 2 1/2 rows.
Monday morning, we split enough of the 18" rounds to make room for another tote of 14" splits to be cut. I think we have 4 rows on the trailer now. And got the tote filled with 14" to be delivered Tuesday morning, I'll get a picture this morning.
Then an old friend called wanting some firepit wood. Gave him a good price on a pile, he brought some help and they cleaned it up, so glad that's gone. 1121221409.jpg

Always nice getting rid of cull wood/shorts with the volume we produce. Luckily i have an empty bin to slowly refill. PITA but it is what it is.

I think Lefty gets $80 per tote of shorts and uglies thrown in. Should ask him again.

Wow, that's a great price. With all the logs we have to process now, I didn't want to have to clean that up, told him $50 for that, he gave us $70. He runs a deer processing/cooler.

Yep, $80 per tote thrown in plus we do not deliver unless very special circumstances, maybe once-twice a year. We both burn them as well.

A coworker has a couple that goes to church with him. Her cancer has returned and they try to heat with wood. He said somebody gave them a load of sweet gum, didn't know any better.
He asked if we might have some, wanted a couple Toyota pick up loads...
He came by the Plantation site after work yesterday.
We gladly donated a trailer load of oak and hickory. He and a friend are going to cut and split it for them. 1213221655.jpg

We got 2 loads delivered yesterday. 1st load was all oak to a regular customer. His 2nd of the year. 1214221011.jpg
Our next load went to a new customer, a coworker of mine. 1 row of hickory, 2 1/2 rows of oak. That's it on the end.
He's already trying out some oak in his Solo Stove. 29717.jpeg
