Definitely a cute one! One thing I did not miss getting an 8mo old... house training! Sure do wish I had the memories of that size though.

Impossible at night at this age! He was up every 2 hours, it's like having a baby here. This was timed good having a few days of to adjust him and training.

Maple is doing well with him (she's a little bi polar as Chesapeake bay retrievers are) they met at a neutral location and that made all the difference instead of bringing home some random dog.

This cute little guy dropped in unexpectedly Thursday morning.
It all happened fast but, he (6 pups total) was removed from a home by child services and needed placed immediately.

    Meet Tucker.
Be careful! Your shoe strings aren't safe

Have you tried the old clock trick. Wrap it in a towel after you have wound it. Put it wherever you have the pup at nite. The tick took simulates a heart beat.

We've been there. Having 2 is great.
But i can't do 2 pups. (Although i did think about taking 2 of them) Gotta wait a year.
We had Diesel and Turbo at the same time, then Ruger after Turbo left us.

Dang, thats a flood of memories all at once. I miss them all.

I hear you. I got that earlier with the Husky pic. When I was young, we got a goat. That thing bawled and bawled till dad talked mom into getting his brother. They were named Blackjack and Poker. :) Settled him right down after getting company.

I like the Fi collar too. I use it more to track his exercise, and by extension of the leash mine. The battery lasts over a month.

I’ve never had to put it into lost dog mode. Playing with it does show location pretty darn accurately.
