    I just helped my Amish neighbor get a buck out of the woods and to his home. 430 this afternoon chasing a doe. 160 yards with a 243Win. 9 points 19 1/2” inside spread. Longest tines 12”.

    Passed up on a "basket" 6 point this morning that was hanging out under my stand for 45 minutes with his spike brother.
    We'll see what happens in the next 2 week.

    You lucked out on weather, that's for sure. It was record cold in Wisconsin last weekend for our opening weekend. It was 4° when I got mine.

    Opening day. I hunted Sika in the morning but no horns… came home for WT’s this evening, my next target buck was across the field and 5’ inside the wood edge at 3:55pm, he messed up LOL!! Home before dark enjoying a beverage!
