    FINALLY !!!!! After 44 months of real estate issues and battles ….. finally sealed the deal on our lower Michigan property sale !!! Fund transfer was completed today !!!!! Now on to a new chapter !! :dancer:

    Kinda know the feeling. Bought a lake house. Took us 4 months to close and when we did the lady never moved out. So had to evict her which took anther almost 3 months. Was a disaster. Good luck on your next chapter.
