Helped dad sweep the chimney today. This was their first year with the new insert. I personally thought it would be less.

 

Got the roof sheathed, and some extra on one side wall as well. It was supposed to be shingled this weekend too. Well, I'm sure you folks know how meeting your own schedule works out.

 

Little piney #2 helped me tackle the leaves around the house today.

Another slow day at the office, so I brought the grinder in. Got through 4 28” loops, 2 24’s, 1 20 and 2 42’s.


Roscoe kept me company.

Splitting oak in the dark. Got about an hour in before I called it quits. Its pitch dark now a 6pm, got to make the best of it.

That's true, we have to count our blessings. It was 74° today and it will be 20° on Sunday. Personally i say bring it.
