    What kind of cut did you make that from? I’m assuming that you have a commercial slicer to get such uniform thickness.. is that correct?

    Pork ribs smoked with cherry. They fell apart when I lifted them off the grate. They were a hit with the critics. I didnt take a picture when I took them off but once they were nicely sauced I put them back on for a few so the sauce would tak up a bit.

    Yeah,I'll definitely be making the hash browns again and tweaking my recipe...I didn't season them enough

    Since you're using the little egg rings...wonder if you could do hash brown casserole like that... Man that'd be on time!

    Put the egg rings down on a sheet,oil the bottoms of the circles generously then sprinkle grated parm generously on top of the oil,add seasoned grated taters,flip when crust is achieved :flipeggs:
