Good morning. We got some much needed rain here overnight. Now it is clearing off. Should be a good day to get things done in the yard before deer camp later in the week.

Good morning all. Got up to 65*. Only going up a few more degrees.
The guys are hard at work on the log pile. Hey showed up at 10.
Chaz is on saw duty. Steve is on the 4 wheeler. Using the winch to pull the logs off the pile. There is a small bank there so gives Chaz a clean spot to cut. My little brother is on the kabota taking the logs up and stacking them in the lean-to.
    Have a good day everybody.

Thanks!! We did. A bit too warm for my liking. Overnight lows in the low 60's. Low 70's during the days. It stayed mostly dry, so no complaints!

I'll get pictures uploaded later this week.

Got home a little while ago. Mostly unpacked. Looking forward to a shower and my recliner. Football!!

Midwinter You guys sure did a number on the pumpkins. We had almost warm temps like that up until about two weeks ago.

    Good morning, members.

Another day of summer temps. 63⁰ to start. Mid to upper 70's later.

I'll be dealing with putting camping gear away. We had a good time.

When not dealing with gear, I'll have these to deal with. Multiple layers thick.

Morning all. 30F and windy so it is cold outside. What little snow we got has pretty well gone. Just patches left where the sun didn't hit it yesterday. Although the sun was out, it wasn't warm. I think we are getting this weather for a couple of days. Parts of the other end of the island got more snow than we did.
Off to work for a short week. I am going to be wearing wool socks to work this morning. Floors will be cold.

MikeInMa Nice to hear you had a great trip. And you are right. The leaves look much better when they are still on the tree. Nice looking carpet though when they first fall off.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good morning! 50F and sunny, nice temps for most of the week. We had nasty winds Saturday that shredded the roof on part of my roadside firewood stand. Managed to put a new one on and then reorganized some of the products to improve the flow. More craft projects to work on tonight for Friday's craft show plus some painting as well. Have a God day!

Good morning all. 56* and sunny. That is where.it will stay.
Nice job on the pumpkins Molly.
Glad you had a fun time Mike..
I think tomorrow's will be a fire day. Highs mid 40s.
Chaz will probably start working on a third rack. The logs they did yesterday will go there.
    Have a great day all.

    Good morning, members.

Seasonal start at 40⁰, clear, with a lunar eclipse underway. Heading to mid-50's.

A couple of appointments today. One for my dad, one for me. Preventative maintenance.

Good morning! 38F and sunny, beautiful blood moon and sunrise. Got voting out of the way early. Painted a few projects last night and are close to wrapping up items for Mrs. WinonaRail's craft show on Friday. Probably more of the same for tonight. Have a God day!

Morning all. I was up at 2:00 AM and saw almost the full eclipse. Just a spark on the one side. We were up at 4:eek:o AM and the white slice was on the back side of the eclipse. Now we have a full moon. Clear and cold last night with freezing temps. I think we have sunshine today but the wind takes any warmth from the sun away. campinspecter is headed down island to pickup his rebuilt Laz-Boy chair. We were going to buy a new one for him but the prices were unreal. All his needed was new padding. Hopefully this will fix his back problems as well.

Thinking of the eclipse last night. Many, many years ago eclipses would not have been predicted, many people wouldn't have know what caused them and it must have been terrifying as you are heading somewhere under a full moonlit night and the moon starts to go red and then black. I could see how many pagan myths and traditions would have gotten started.

    Everyone have a great day.
