    Hats off to you :tip: for messing with those big logs...especially gnarly maple trunk. Last time i ended up noodling all the "splits" from them. Makes prettier firewood thats easy to stack. I hate uglies.

    It was pretty dry amd starting to get punky, so they weren't to heavy, and they split ok luckily. I almost left it but just couldn't leave it to rot!
