What's up today (bullchiting) thread.

Sitting, like I have done most of the day. Scheduled a doctors appointment for my back for tomorrow.

 

Well Jack, you just sit there then and let me take you on a little drive. I went surfing today to get my sodium intake up before I head inland next week. That freaks me out, going away from the ocean, totally the wrong way! Anyway, I took some hoarder specific pics for my friends here....

On the way to the beach...





Got to the beach, went surfing, and found a little fire wood. Might need some help processing this one!....





This is a tribal beach, and some of the locals had their trucks out on the beach and were cutting blocks off of some of the huge timber laying out there. I was jealous, although it's full of salt and burns with a green flame. It's still amazing wood.

Hope this takes the pain away a bit Jack!

What beach were you surfing? Our daughter and SIL surf kayak at Long Beach - Tofino, BC

 

WW, I'm across the Strait from Victoria and drove out to the coast. This is La Push. I've spent a lot of time surfing on the Island, and spent summers in Tofino as a young guy. I've surfed on the outside of your neck of the Island as well, although the name of the beach escapes me right now.

 

Turn the flash on and we will be able to see it fine!

A little snow here this morning. About 30 degrees on the back porch. All kinds of odds and ends to do today, to include moving some firewood from the outside stacks to under the covered porch. I need to get going on that big job and get it done!

 

Going out to put up signs on the snowmobile trails. It's gonna be a great year for snow. You gotta stay positive.

 

I agree Jack, it is going to be a good year for snow. But it is going to wait until I get some wood processed for next year. I should be in good shape by Dec. 15th or so, then let er rip!

 

Well the trails don't open up until after hunting season so it will be a while yet. I need to get cutting also.

 

Sitting in waiting room at doctors office, hoping to get my back figured out today.
