What kind of tree is this?

    Saw this today at work, Ive never seen a tree like this before or with such big leaves. Leaves were the size of a steering wheel or bigger. I dont think its native to southeast Michigan. I really dont think its a catalpa I saw no seed pods and the leafs were way bigger than any catalpa Ive ever seen.
