    Morning All. Heavy fog again this morning but I know it will clear off to a sunny day.
    Thanks for the best wishes on being a great aunt. On campinspecter side of the family, I am a great great aunt but it isn't quite the same.
    Midwinter lovely tree picture Some trees - ornamentals in yards - are starting to turn. The wild maples are turning brown not yellow this year.

    The poor widow gave all she had to the service of God. Her example, as told to us by Jesus, has inspired many to do the same. It is not only the money or time you give but what is in your heart as you give yourself to His service.

    Cool and overcast. Breezy. Upper 50's later.

    I've been lighting the wood stove most every morning. The heat feels good in a cool house. A window open is not a problem.

    I'll be working on my chunks/shorty storage, for a bit.

    Today, I start a low-fiber diet, prepping for a screening on Wednesday.

    No hunt this morning. Spent most of the night getting up and down because of persistent cramping in my foot and ankle. Foot kept curling like when you sprain an ankle. Sleep was tough. Then a terrible headache around 5:00. No, not a good start for the day. It surely tics me off that the doctor can no longer prescribe quinine to battle these cramps. That is something most post polio folks deal with.

    Good morning everybody. Heading to mid 50s. Clouds have been going from east to west this morning.
    Try some potassium Dennis. That is what Chaz and I use.
    @Eggshooteris, try some generic mucus relief. I use that when my chest tightens up. Glad to hear her fever is staying down.
    Glad your Dawgs won Jeff. I think Iowa stayed out in the parking lot and tailgate.
