Firewood shopping

Been out prospecting for firewood.
Nice double stem chestnut oak is a yes

Some big red and some water oak

Pretty sure this is evil wood that needs to be pushed back into the woods

 

Some prime firewood right there!! Last one eastern redbud?

 

It looks like Redbud leaves in the picture with Blackgum wood.

 

Ah yes, one of the two I'd do just as you say. Push it in the weeds and let it turn to dirt.

 

Nice to be able to pick and choose what youll take and leave. How soon you taking it. Never know if ill be in the neighborhood?

The bundle wood market is saturated. Almost every grocery and convenience store sells bundles, but I do make a few dollars selling taco loads. Just need a cold snap to hit.
