I’ve had this stored in a back corner for a few years never using it.
It doesn’t have the angle adjustment in the head yoke like a USG does.

Any of you gurus recognize this and think it’s worth putting a wheel on in todays market offerings?

Worried about “dressing up a pig” vs going to harbor freight and getting one with a wheel already.
The shaft is smaller than the offerings that Tractor supply had on the shelf.
    Thanks,
    Lenny

PS. I use a 3/8” chain on the 362 and 261. A .325 on the MS250. And hellifiknow for the Stihl kombi polesaw attachment or the Skil linear link beam saw. If you tell me to get one of those fancy expensive wheels, let’s keep it at the 3/8” though one for all would sure be nice!

I'd rather mess around with that then get a harbor freight one. As long as it runs and isn't messed up anywhere.
Just get a adapter bushing for the wheel bore.

And that’s what I did today. I’ll try it with the TSC wheel (timber tuff) and if all works out, maybe get one of those fancy wheels next time.

Stihl HOS . Nice grinder ,very solidly built . Uses wheels with 12mm arbor hole . Wheels are available from several different companies ,and are fairly easy to get .
The Stihl raker wheel is better than any of the AM raker wheels that I have tried .
I pretty much went straight to CBN wheels for the cutters . Didn’t like the way you have to profile the Stihl wheels .
