Went to the dump with trash and ripped out drywall, came back with this. I haven't cleaned it up yet, but you can see that it still has the price tags on the top and on the table, and the cord is rolled up, probably from the original packaging. So it is appears never used. Aaaaand ... It works!
I don't get it. Maybe grampa died, and they were throwing out his "junk." The other cool part is that they weigh the truck going in and going out, and base the price on the difference. So effectively they "paid me" to haul it away! Of course, taking stuff is not allowed, but I backed right up to it, so I was unnoticed.
Great find! Good job going unnoticed I know a few people who have received warnings for "scavenging" at the dump. New exterior doors, pallets of unused bricks, its incredible what people or companies will just toss.
And the workers divy it up every night. Once a month our trash people have to pick up anything you put by the curb. On that day you will find containers strapped all over the truck and everything desirable gets saved. I have personally seen them unloading into personal vehicles.
