I just ordered a fill of LP and was quoted a price of $4.21/G. I have a small tank so I pay more per gallon. Primary use is cooking.

The little sticker on the left is the after-promo price.
Not a gallon to be had.

How big is your tank ?

I will have to check & see what it is around here. A month or so ago it was around $2.

I was all out of mix and stopped at a station with 91 nonoxygenated this morning.

Price was $4.88/gal, a premium of $1.10/gal over regular.

I put two gallons in the car to clear out the pump before filling my can, so a gallon of nonoxygenated cost me $7.08 ($4.88 for the gallon, plus 2.20 over the regular to clear out the hose).

The little mini bottles of Husqvarna XP oil are apparently $3.15 now. Seems hard to believe, but I haven't bought any in two or three years. At that rate it would be worth it to buy a gallon and measure it myself.

    So that's $10.23, plus a little bit of Sta-bil, so let's call it $10.40/gal.

Maybe 125 gallons but it could be only 100. I have heard it called a 'pug' tank. I get a fill maybe every 5 months or so and it takes 60-70 gallons to get it to the 80% mark.

Fill up the propane tank last month for $2.19 a gallon. Found bar oil $3.00 off regular price of $10.99 with members rewards at Orschelns today. Been getting the 5.2oz of red armor oil at ace for $4.49, I keep wondering if they are going to raise the price.

Just saw it for the same at Menards here this morning, but the shelf was cleaned of everything but two jugs. One of them had broken open and there was oil all over the outside, and the other looked like it fell off the truck. Neither came home with me, although I'm now thinking I shouldn't have been so picky since it's just bar oil after all.

I would have asked for discount then took it home and transferred it into one of my empty jugs.

Im a haggler and wouldve offered $5 each.

I was at TSC and needed a box trap. They were stored out side and were starting to rust so i asked the manager what they could do. Got it for half price.

Nope! That score on 150 i was cutting where that beech log came from. One day it was very hot and humid. I was overheated when i pulled out and somehow ran over the box trap the guy had set up in the yard. :emb: The bed was sagging good and my line of sight out the front was partly obscured so i didnt see it. I thought it was a log shifting in the back. Guy PMs me and tells me what happened so i replaced it. It was two traps for the price of one. Smaller 8x8x24" trap included at no extra charge. Suppose i could catch the woodchuck around here with it, but he's on the larger size! Want me to drop him off at your place if i do?:D
