Not sure about the orchard, have driven by but never stopped in. Tree came from the manistee national forest in morley, I signed up for the federal 12 cord permit. Easy grab it was blocking the trail, fell down during a big storm the other day
It should do the trick. I hope your wood is good and dry. Also on mobile homes, most that I have seen tend to have short chimneys. Be sure to check is 2 or 3 times during winter and clean as needed.
Back surgery in the spring slowed me down on cutting but I still got a good amount of dead ash, pine, maple and poplar, all pretty dry. I have mostly oak that was cut last fall, would like to save that for another year but might have to use some of the oldest stuff this winter as well.
I like that stuff. Good on figuring out the pix. The smell is the best during the Xmas time for me. Whenever I caught a whiff of cherry being burned during a winter storm or a frosty week, some kind of happy thought goes through. Cozy feeling. Good luck getting your wood all ready and welcome to the club. Post more pictures we love 'em!
Welcome. This is a great group of knowledgeable woodburning individuals always willing to help. You'll love them.
