Well done! It easy working in that heat. I’m big on er protection and wear over the ear ones whenever I run anything with an engine. Only downside is they hold in a lot of heat!

Much faster to split in hyper fast mode. Increased productivity through the camera is the easiest way to get more done in a day!

At least you were in the shade. Any firewooding activity in the full Summer sun isnt fun. I only run the splitter in the shade too.

Way to get it done there MaineMtnMan

That's a nice size trailer for the work flow.

My friend just got back from a work trip to Eustis, ME. She told me about “moose maple.” I looked it up and I guess it’s also called striped maple or mountain maple. Do you see much of that?

Was it more of a want to or a need to?

Just watched the vid. Yup, nicely done.
The high speed replay was a good idea.
    Is EWP your primary take?

Great video. I’m still at the level of holding the phone with one hand and trying to work with the other lol
I do have one question tho. Why switch to the truck? The trailer seems so much easier.

I feel like I need to get a certain amount of work done each day/week.

I wanted to split wood this particular day. I was the easiest of choices in that heat, but honestly I didn't need to split this EWP, it was just the easiest of chores on the tondo list.

Good question!. At one point I stopped for lunch and a rowdy gang of teenagers commandeered the 4 wheeler. I never tried using the truck like that so I gave it a shot. MUCH slower.
