Cut these ash rounds on Friday morning. Next comes loading up the wheelbarrow and pushing through the woods and uphill towards the house. This makes for a good workout. This is all secluded hoa property and I like to keep my hoarding quiet just in case someone gets upset. There is a lot of standing dead ash but I keep busy with the pieces on the ground.
Nice score! I see the forest floor is covered in Japanese Stiltgrass. I’ve been trying to eliminate it from my yard, but it’s like whak a mole.
Nice work there boone! Doing the same in my woods and with a wheelbarrow too. Mostly level, but the last stretch is uphill. I stacked it in the woods just below the trailhead and will retrieve as needed. Dead Ash Harvest
I was wondering what this was. It's really deep in some areas and I feel like it's a great snake habitat. I carry a machete and wear tall boots just in case.
Show up to the HOA meeting with the machete on your side, a axe on your back a saw in one hand and a pickaroon in the other. Then casually mention that the grass is so thick that even a cadaver dog would get lost.
