    If you lengthen the top so the unsplit piece stays on top of the wedge, then you can have an L shaped hook welded to the end of the cylinder so it pulls the unsplit piece back and onto the table ready to meet the wedges again without you wrasseling it. Nice splitter and will serve you well.

    Yes, a double box wedge on top of the main box wedge! Them I can run two rounds at the same time
